hands on, hands in abdominal and pelvic bodywork for whole woman wellness

This care is designed to allow you to receive and be cared for in your fullness. Every body can benefit from more touch and presence.

This care will focus on supporting the healing and management of symptoms of your reproductive health, but will also encompass all aspects which impact the way you move through this world in your complex body. To achieve true healing, we will address nourishment, relationships, self-perception, sexual health, spiritual health, and many other aspects that continue to create your dynamic experience that shapes your body.

This approach is one rooted in the physiology of the female body. By supporting the structural integration of the pelvis we can soften, expand, and create long lasting change to the layers of the fascial matrix and organs which create the living, movable system we breathe and exist within. We do this through hands on, hands in pelvic abdominal and pelvic bodywork. Bodywork will look different on every body, and possibly every session as it is not a one size fits all approach. Instead, the body is met in collaboration to what is presenting at the time and adjusted accordingly.

This is slow, patient, present care. Care which allows you to be the one in full participation and understanding of your own body.

Special gratitude to my teachers of this work Andrea Terrones & Carly Rae Beaudry - their devotion to women’s health continues to inspire this care.

I suggest applying a castor oil pack leading up to your session. This is support the body to soften and receive the care with more depth. You can learn more about how to use castor oil packing here.

In order for you to be present and ready to embody this work, I require sobriety which includes cigarettes, vapes, psychedelics, stimulants, antipsychotics, and anti-depressants. Womb care is essential along the continuum from girlhood to end of life. There is never a bad time to receive this care.

  • Internal care is different for every woman. It will be very slow and have the intention to soften and repair tissue when needed, and create deeper connection to the vulva, vagina, and surrounding tissues.

The practitioner will always wear gloves and assess comfort level and consent before any touch.

It is required to come and receive at least two sessions without vulva vaginal touch before any internal care. This is to protect you and your body and to titrate into deeper, more intimate work together.

  • Allow the first trimester to be a time of rest and protection. You are welcome to book in from 14-15 weeks and throughout pregnancy as well as immediately after a vaginal birth (please reach out for at-home postpartum womb care).

It is recommended to wait at least 10-12 weeks following a caesarean section.
